Pretty much everyone knows their zodiac sign, but did you know, that is just your Sun sign and there is more to you than your Sun sign?!

In Astrology, the zodiac signs are archetypes that color our personalities. Although my architecture/interior design certificate was never completed, I’ve decided to apply my knowledge of these subjects to an astrological analogy. The planets are like the rooms within a house. The zodiac signs add character and style to everything in the house. And the astrological houses are of course…the houses themselves!

As a person with strong Cancer placements, I am obsessed with comfort. An organic modern style resonates with me because I want my surroundings to be cozy at all times; hello sweat pants and plants! With that said, I also have Venus in Virgo, so I enjoy a modern farmhouse style as well. This style ensures that my space remains organized and systematic because, after all, farmers have to stick to their routines and make sure their land is consistently cared for each and every day.
