When I\u2019m feeling extremely sensitive and overloaded by everyone’s emotions, the number one thing I turn to for healing is music. I freaking love baths but I can\u2019t just drop and take a bath at work… if anyone knows of a place that allows this though, please comment below. If this place exists, I NEED to work there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I do understand that not everyone can listen to music at work though. Hello hotel front desk flashbacks…I\u2019d rather listen to myself breathe sporadically for 8 hours than listen to some of that lobby music again. If you can\u2019t listen to music at work, make it a priority to listen to music whenever you can. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, listening to music on your commute is an easy way to incorporate musical healing into your day. Maybe you live in the city and take the bus to work, but you get overwhelmed with the people around you. Pop in some headphones and drown out the social anxiety with some feel good tunes! Or maybe you are like me and drive to work everyday but can\u2019t stand the repeat radio commercials. You can pop in a good ole Carlos Santana CD for some commercial free, feel good traffic de-stress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, whenever, wherever you can-listen to music, do it! Music is so stimulating and works wonders on our brains. Spotify is another great resource for musical healing; (they are not sponsoring, I just love them so much!) creating my own mood playlists has been life changing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am a water sign (Cancer Baby!) and I get hella up in my feels, constantly! I find that water sun signs like me need grounding, earthy vibes, when stressed. As much as I am a weepy water sign though, we are all everything. We are all the elements. Although most of our birth charts lean heavily one way or the other, we have all of the zodiac signs somewhere inside of us. On a typical day, I need grounding and earthly experiences to balance my watery tendencies. However, some days I need to let out my fiery rage. Other days I feel like tapping into air energy and socializing with all my pals. This is why I created these playlists. Whatever anxiety I need to heal at the present moment, these elemental music playlists can help me heal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
